May 2010 News

Orchestra of Our Time is pleased to announce our Call for Scores!

Composers of any age or nationality are invited to submit their scores by December 31, 2010. Scores will be reviewed by a professional panel of composers, conductors, and performers, and selected scores will be recorded and performed in the spring of 2011.

March 2010 News

The OOT is now working hard on several projects: first is the creation of a digital archive of past OOT media for display on orchestraofourtime.org. Audio, video, and pictures of past concerts and performances will be on display.

Second, we are working with NYFA to secure funding for future concerts and projects.

Third, one of the first projects will be a call for scores, which will include a reading and recording of selected submissions, and a critical constructive commentary from the musicians, conductor, and fellow composers of the OOT.
